Reading your settlement sheet

The settlement sheet gives you a financial summary for a show — everything sold, amounts collected, and a breakdown by item.

Accessing the settlement sheet

1. Open the Merch Cat app and tap Shows.
2. Select the show you want to review.
3. Tap Settlement.

You can also view it on the web portal under Sales → Settlements.

What's on the sheet

• Gross sales — total revenue before fees
• Discounts — any promo codes applied
• Tax — sales tax collected (where applicable)
• Net sales — gross minus discounts
• Payment processing fees — Square fees
• Items sold — line-by-line breakdown of every item, quantity, and price

Exporting the settlement

Tap Export (or the share icon) to send the settlement as a PDF or CSV to your email. This is useful for sharing with a tour manager or accountant.

Multiple shows

You can view aggregate sales across multiple shows from Sales → Reports. Filter by date range to see totals for a full tour leg.
